Quentin attended the christening ceremony of the USS Hawaii, the Navy’s newest nuclear submarine, at the General Dynamics shipyard in Groton, Connecticut, and presented a koa paddle to Cmdr. David Solms. Quentin was among a distinguished group of Hawaii representatives slated to attend the ceremony, including guest of honor Gov. Linda Lingle.
